Position Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire highly qualified attorneys, paralegals, and support staff across various practice areas. You will serve as the firm's ambassador, promoting our brand and fostering relationships with potential candidates and industry networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with practice group leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging industry connections and attending relevant events.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the firm's employer brand.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
• Stay current with legal industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
